Series of huge potholes causing a danger for cars and potential crash hazard when trying to avoid

BCC have been made aware of this series of huge potholes causing a danger for cars over 6 months, yet you continue to ignore the request to repair it! Please BCC, fix the roads, the patch work quilt you have created has failed significantly! Car/lorry/motorbike owners pay you tax to keep the roads safe, and currently you are causing a hazard, and I'm sure you can be held liable if it causes a serious accident or event death, as you've known about them for so long!
