Extremely dangerous hole in metal manhole cover

There is a very dangerous hole in a metal manhole cover on the edge of the road in Berkeley square. The hole is foot sized, with a jagged edge, and it does not bear thinking about what would happen if someone stepped on it. I can see it is marked for repair, but that is not good enough. It is a major hazard and needs to be cordoned off before someone loses a leg.
