Temporary traffic lights

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4493973.

The traffic lights on this junction have been replaced by temporary 3-way signalling ones for over 3 months now. Started with a collision on that junction in January or early February. Temporary lights causing massive tailbacks up Stoke Lane, nearly to the ring road. It’s become unbearable.
