I’ve reported a few pot holes (but not loads) and with the few reported I am starting to see the council and public and council tax payers are being fobbed off by the contractors that are reporting to the council they have fixed potholes - which they haven’t- see photo attached as evidence this is not fixed as contractors have reported to the council. Also refer to Reference 4026865, previously highlighting this same porthole needed fixing, This was closed as reported as fixed by your contractors however this has not been fixed and has been a large pot holes for many months now. Reference 4926865 clearly states the exact position of this pot hole opposite the quayside apartment building, on the road, outside of the bus lane and car lane.
Also by contractors reporting potholes as being fixed when they are not I hope they are not getting paid twice to do 1 job. Is no one from the council insiecting the work is actually done? Also this same pothole having to go through the process 2+ times is additional costs to the council and so tax payers. Also all this falsely inflates the councils and contractors statistics of fixing potholes that have not been touched. The whole process needs to be reviewed and improved.

This is the same spot that was repaired last time a road race wa planned for along Hotwell Road. This needs fixed before the half marathon /10k or someone will get severely injured.

This hole was patched on Tuesday with a layer of tarmac. Today, Friday, it's beginning to deteriorate again.
