Hello Hope its ok to make this is an add-on to previously reported problem ...i. e..unclear carpark&some surrounding area. I held back extra worries as my complaints may have been seen as quite enough to go in with that included the rat problem! But I must point out that I have a disability that has me falling to the ground if my walking gets hampered..namely I have a 'severed femoral artery' in left leg&any unexpected 'wobble' or skid, can make my leg collapse..the sludge&rotting leaves I previously reported presents such a hazard&I've already experienced one fall walking from my car to my flat in the carpark at night...luckily without serious injury(just a sore wrist&grazed elbow) Can you please give this matter attention? My initial complaint was a while ago&the reply I received pointed me to Parks Dept..I was unable to negotiate the site( lack of Internet skills) though this time I seem to be more successful. I'm aware Pest Control will be another dept but could I ask you to forward my complaint on your system please..?I don't want another 2months to elapse!
