Several deep potholes

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4509938.

Several deep potholes have emerged on a previous sub-standard repair. The tarmac laid in a previous series of potholes has broken up. New holes are emerging as a result of the stone debris on the road. Cars are having to swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid the area. It is a serious hazard to motorbikes and cycles.
