Uneven road

Ref 4489387 May I ask what has been investigated as no one has knocked on my door to hear or feel the vibrations that the buses are causing, I’ve spoken to my neighbour on Stockwood Road who’s house also shakes, due to a dip in the road at the bottom of the Coots hill and when a bus hits it a speed shakes the houses on Stockwood road and Cornish road. I would also like a written report of the investigation that has taken place please.
