Grass mown where daffodils grow

Reported via desktop in the Grass cutting category anonymously at 08:43, Wednesday 3 May 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4511199.

The grassy bank at the junction of Falcondale , Passage and Greystoke Avenue has been mown before the daffodil leaves have died down . This will mean that the Daffodil bulbs will not be fed and flowering next year will be affected. I also feel that all grass verges could have been left unmown till after May as hoped for by the “No Mow May” campaign for the benefit of insects and pollinators.
