Street signs missing symbols

Most of the street signs along two mile hill are missing the correct symbol on the no stopping top part. There should be a blue circle with a red line through it but there isn't, this has caused me to get a parking ticket at 8 am on a Saturday. No loading is stated from mon-Friday but there is nothing that says Saturdays bar the 1-hour limit which I didn't break as it was before 9:30. These signs need to be sorted as they are confusing.
