Overgrown Hedge making pavement very narrow

The hedge at the end of the railway bridge is very overgrown and obscuring half of the pavement. It’s very narrow and the pavement slopes. There’s no pavement on the other side of the road so it gets busy. It’s just along from the school so children often have to step into the road, which is dangerous.
