Tree branches overhanging from property with potential risk

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4517424.

The tree on corner of Apsley road and Pembroke road is overgrown and not being looked after by residents of number 118. This issue has been a problem for a while, and the hedge of the property is overgrown and obstructing pavement and no one is taking responsibility for its upkeep and maintenance.
