Tree at back of property overgrown and stopping light entering properties all around

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4517450.

The tree at the back of 118 Pembroke road/Apsley road is overgrown and branches are crossing borders of next door property and stopping light reaching several properties. This issue has been ongoing and we have tried to speak to the owners but to no avail
