MUGA lights on too early

It is great that lights are back on the MUGA field in St Georges Park, however the lights are on too early in the summer (around 1830). Can they be turned on by light sensitive sensor (only when it is getting dark)? If manually set then probably need an adjustment for summer time. PS Two lights (out of eight) are not working).
