Repeated littering, fly tipping and drugs paraphernalia

Reported via mobile in the General litter category anonymously at 11:45, Monday 8 May 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4527803.

Top of access to Bristol and Bath Railway Path is repeatedly being used for fly tipping of general rubbish, as well as signs of drug use littering the area.

What3words ///limit.pencil.later just off Thicket Avenue, BS16 before it goes over the bridge to become Thicket Rd. I have previously reported littering and fly tipping here on several occasions. Usually it's dealt with within a few weeks but has recently got worse and there are now also clear signs of drug use, namely syringes, littering the path and scrubland next to it. This most recent flytipping has happened within three last two weeks.

Please deal with the rubbish and given the repeated issues, use whatever powers are available to deal with and prosecute those involved in these repeated offences, and involve the police to also investigate the drug taking which is likely down to availability in the local area.
