Leaves one metre high uncollected by council along with one plastic bag not collected by council and obstruction pavement

The pavement is uneven and roadside littered with leaves and debris . Some of which has been swept as it is completely blocking the drains . Council bagged some leaves then left them to block the pavement . Problem more than 2 months . Road junction between Cotham vale and Trelawney Rd has loose slaps and creating a serious slip hazard and threat to people . This needs to be addressed asap.
