Road markings not visible

Road markings in Abbotsford Road need to be painted again, especially double yellow lines and parking spaces. With the closure of Cotham Hill to traffic, there are more and more cars and delivery vans parking in Abbotsford Road and ignoring the double yellow lines. My driveway is often blocked because of those drivers parking on the double yellow lines outside my property. Can you make sure the road signs are properly painted and the illegal parking monitored. Thanks.
