Overgrown hedges

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4539527.

Ref. 4470908 The hedge all the way from Riverside Nursing Home to Butlers Close needs cutting back, up to a metre in places. Cars, vans and lorries regularly use this road. My car is being badly scratched where there's not enough room for two cars in places. I can hear the branches scratching my car. I've had an email to say this case is now closed. How can it be? It used to be cut back every year.
