In front of 15 Hampton Park, there are joints missing between the pavement slabs and the entrance wall to the property.

Reported via desktop in the Pavements category anonymously at 12:35, Thu 11 May 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4541453.

For several months now, water has been leaking into the entrance porch of Garden Flat, 15 Hampton Park. A damp specialist and a building contractor have been out to inspect the damage and both concluded that the problem is with the missing joints in the pavement slabs adjoining the property. The builder recommended that I raise this as an urgent request with the council as the pavement is their responsibility. The tenant in the Garden Flat tried to seal the small cracks with a transparent sealant, but the main issue remains.
