A while back, 13 Jan 2023, i hit this depression on my way home & damaged one of my alloys. Since then i received an email from you stating that my report had been passed on to the appropriate dept & they would be in contact with me ? That was 4 months ago now & i've heard diddly squat from the appropriate dept but they've managed to repair the road so it's now like a billiard table it's so smooth ? I've still got a damaged alloy which requires either a repair or replacement ? As a council you acknowledged that you knew of this problem for a few months & that it certainly hadn't been repaired to your own high standards so i hold you liable for my damaged alloy, what are you going to do about it please ?
