Overflowing bin bottom of Beeses lane

The bin is full and overflowing. The dog waste bin on the riverbank also has a pile of rubbish underneath. Despite notice on this bin not to leave rubbish. The sun has shone over the weekend so lots of picnics have been happening. Pity they don’t take their rubbish home
