Bent bar at top of steps

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4556140.

This bar has been bent for years at top of our steps leading to main rd due to an accident, please please can you put it right, we have older people in our rd, who cannot catch hold to pull themselves up the steps, it is very dangerous. It’s our only way up to the main rd, our we have to go all around. Please please help us
