Please cut the grass verges

The grass verges have not been cut this year . The grass is over a foot high in places . This area is the responsibility of the Bristol Council . Location: outside 11 Hill View, BS9 4QD

Previous case 4497392 was closed and have a comment said the problem have already "solved", but actually nothing have been done.

Please remain the case open until the glass being cut. thank you
