Tarmac following national grid works not in keeping with street

Following the national grid work in feb/march this portion of pavement has been repaired with tarmac. It is outwith the remainder of the pavement which is cobbled. As this is a concervation area I think this pavement should be redone in keeping with the existing pavement. This just appears as a horrible patch job and is a real shame. I have also emailed nataylor@nationalgrid.co.uk; this is the contact from the letter informing residents of the work.
