Please can you empty the bin and surrounding rubbish!

I am sick of passing this bus stop every day and there is litter everywhere / full bin! It’s used by day by drunks who sit and drink and throw litter everywhere. By night it’s used by students to do the same. It’s constantly in a mess with rubbish everywhere and I have to pass it daily to access my home.
