Car blocking access to Lane

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4564029.

ANOTHER car blocking access to lane between Grove Park Road and Pendennis Road - the block is on Grove Park Road. Car has parked over entrance meaning that noone has access to the lane. This happens on a frequent basis and needs to be stopped. People park their cars ignoring the white line to not park. we need bollards or traffic wardens to stop this happening.
