Faded No Parking Lines

On Grove Park Road there are entrances/exits to the lane between Grove Park Road and Pendennis which have fading lines to prevent people from parking over them and obstructing access. People ignore this daily and continue to park over the lines and obstruct access. Please can the white lines be redone and, more importantly, elongated so that the white line stretches out over more of the road, to further deter people from blocking the access. Bollards would be better to prevent the access blocking.
