Overgrown area

As you can see from the attached pictures the green area by the side of my house which is council owned is not maintained in the slightest, we see the same issue every single year the grass in surrounding areas are cut but this section is always left. The grass is overgrown, there are fallen branches in amongst it from the trees and rubbish which has built up over a number of years of being constantly neglected.
