Grit box contaminated

This gritbox is contaminated with used drug paraphernalia and is not secured. Many families with young children are using Church road as there is the park and library behind this gritbox. A health and safety issue of quite a magnitude I would consider. Going by the length of time some of these items appear to have been here I think it may well be time to check all grit boxes for contamination. God help the people required to clean it all up, hope they have excellent protection from needles etc….
