Hedge blocking pavement.

Reported via Android in the Obstruction category anonymously at 14:07, Sun 21 May 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4579117.

I'm not sure why bcc closed the original enquiry from last week, but the hedge has now encroached over the entire pavement.
