The Fair on the Downs ripped up the grass leaving deep gouges that fill with stinking water

The Fair that The Downs allowed was not repaired adequately when it left. Soil needs to infill the gouges made by equipment. These are located around (several of them) around the Dows Cafe … dogs swim in the muck which is stagnant and smells. This is also where sports events take place
