Overgrown tree

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4582589.

Ref: 4517450 I received an email stating the issue has been resolved with no details. The tree is still there with overhanging branches touching buildings and blocking light. How has this been resolved? Hope you can clarify. Many thanks
