Gully drain still completely blocked

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4587538.

This is an update to the previously logged report of this particular gully drain being completely blocked (reference number 3764545). Despite the previous report being marked as “Fixed”, I must report that no actions have been taken to clear the completely blocked gully drain, which in its current state serves no purpose of draining surface water from the carriageway.
