Northern Slopes. Moped abandoned just off path leading from Kingswear to Oakhill Drive. Looks to have had number plates removed and has been damaged, probably stolen - heard a bike being driven on Slopes yesterday or day before. At risk of further damage and being set on fire (this has happened here before).
