Branches over hanging into my garden. It seems to be forgotten about and the tree trunk is in poor condition. We keep getting fobbed off about it.

You sent me as in the picture, that you were looking into it and investigating and then it’s not Bristol City Council responsibility and closed the issue. So whose is it? It certainly isn’t mine as it’s on Council property. So not sure this has been resolved. Someone needs to take responsibility but not me unfortunately as it’s not my tree.
