  • The light appears to be upgraded to LED and it is very very bright and shines into our house - there has been no upgrade regarding the light housing and therefore no hood to reflect the light on to the street. It is still on permanently.

  • The light is so bright that it appears like daylight at night. This will be causing problems for animals, nesting birds and insects as it will disrupt their routines

  • Thank you for raising this concern. You are correct that this light has been upgraded as part of the LED citywide rollout programme. We are working with our external contractor to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
