Trees from 41 forest avenue, bs16 4bp, overhanging into our private property (41 is a council house) causing loss of light, risk of falling over onto our house causing massive damage to our property we have spoken to 41 forest, built she is disabled and can not do anything about, plus she has recently lost her husband.

We had a new extension built, but we had to change the plans from a concrete floor to a floating wooden floor, because of possible root problems from the trees.
