Pavement obstruction corner of Henley Grove and High Street

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4605719.

The hedge of the corner property is permanently growing over about 18 inches of the pavement making it very difficult to walk here for disabled people or people with a buggy and a small child or others needing to pass each other. I have twice spoken with the owner who seems unconcerned. Please do not mention my name thank you.
