Junction too wide and dangerous

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4605734.

It is almost impossible some days to turn right out of this junction into the main road as visibility is poor. It is also a very wide junction so people - many elderly people are in this area - have a long way to walk to cross safely over this road. Surely the road should be narrowed here or a pedestrian crossing installed?
