Land behind is unkept and we have rats

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4610076.

We have rats running into our garden from the land behind and they seem to be increasing in numbers and size. The land behind states it is allotments but is unkept and looks like a dumping ground. Up until a couple of years ago this area was kept and tended by a couple of people who lived on Wedmore Vale but sadly this is no longer the case. The trees are also very overgrown and block the sunlight.
