Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4610082.

Obstruction to using pedestrian crossing on first visit to Bristol as wheelchair user. Tarmacadam obstruction due to thickness of layer and failed levelling off ( government specification ) which resulted in tipping forward from wheelchair on attempt to cross road. Also trip hazard for partially sighted users
