Concrete lump in alley at the bottom of Sandyleaze.

This lump of concrete was left by Council contractors in May 2021 when removing the remains of the anchor for a former barrier in the alley between the bottom of Sandyleaze and Coombe Lane, and reported as reference number CAS-439146-L3Q7Q4 on 24th May 2021, and then following a number of telephone calls to the Council was redirected as reference number 2827399 on 29th June 2021. It has been two years now and nothing has happened, no contact made, or any apparent action carried out.
