Lamp cover blown off by wind

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4616088.

The top of the lamp appears to be hanging by one piece of metal and is at risk of falling and potentially causing serious harm/damage. It is hanging above a bench next to parked cars and is flapping in the wind. It is the lamp directly next to the parking signs.
