Temporary traffic lights causing issues in the morning.

Dear lighting team, This is the third time I have had to contact yourselves regarding the temporary lights on Feeder Road. I have had two incidents because of your poor set up on this road.
I ride my motorcycle down Natham Road to turn right over the bridge, onto Feeder Road. The temporary lights are at red, so when busy the cars will tail back over the bridge, I had to stop as I came over the bridge. The lights stay red but the others go green allowing traffic to drive over the bridge with cars trying to reverse back.
This is such a poor set up. The lights are not set right for when the traffic may be heavy in the mornings. An ambulance had to do a u-turn one morning because it could not get through.
If I get hit or scraped by a car because of the way these lights are set, allowing traffic to go head on like this. I can assure you, I will take you to court for any damages this set up of lights may cause. This is unsafe as they are. If the traffic is light, then it is fine, but when you get a lot of cars, this set-up simply does not work.
