Over flowing rubbish bins

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4616920.

For over two weeks the bins at the back of the shops ( miss millies and the pizza shop ) have bin over flowiing with rubbish this is a health hazard as this will attract rats and other vermin.
