Gully drain still blocked

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4617454.

This is an update to the previously reported issue of this marked gully drain being blocked (reference 4114599). Unfortunately, this drain is still blocked, leading to a large body of water pooling and flooding this street corner whenever it rains.
