Road blocked by temporary barrier

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4621256.

Westbound Downend Road / Muller Road blocked by temporary barrier. Road has been blocked for 6months +. Route is a major cycle route connecting North Gloucester Road with Concorde Way. Barrier makes crossing the road dangerous for cyclists as eastbound traffic now crosses without giving priority to the cycle route.
