High/low damaged road surface

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4621823.

I use this road 3 or 4 times every day. It's awful to be left like it is and the council insist no action is needed. The road surface is dangerous, especially to scooters and bikes. Please re investigate..my car is now starting to feel like im driving off road when returning/leaving home. Cars avoiding the area of damage often pull out wide (to avoid it) and risk hitting on coming traffic.
