Give way signs wrong

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4628240.

Give way signs at the junction of Clifton Rd and The Fosseway have been hit again and both signs are are now not facing in the correct direction. This is a difficult junctions as few drivers slow down to give way to traffic turning from The Fosseway. I seem to be reporting this on a regular basis - cannot a permanent solution be found?
