The newly planted tree is very wilted

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4629194.

This tree was replaced recently and is now crispy and dropping all its leaves.

It may be to late but I assume it needs watering which I’m happy to do it it would help?
