Constantly overflowing bin

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4631722.

The bin is regularly emptied but is too small to take the amount of rubbish and is constantly overflowing. Birds and foxes pull out the contents including dog poo and it is all over the pavement. Many people just throw their rubbish over into our garden if the bin is full.
